Welcome to the BUD TENT
Come to the BUD TENT and be part of an Iowa State Fair tradition since 1947. Enjoy ice cold beer, great food and live entertainment from our covered patio and beer garden coveniently located at the corner of 33rd and Grand Ave. on the Iowa State Fairgrounds across the street from the Agricultural Building.
Experience our legendary outdoor beer garden and live entainment on the BUD TENT Stage, known for great music, large crowds, cold beer and a unique social experience.
Beer Garden
The BUD TENT serves ice cold beer and has plenty of patio seating for relaxing in the shade or listening to live entertainment from the stage.
Food Court
Enjoy our very own Bacon Wrapped Riblet on-a-stick which was a Food Finalist in the 2013 new food contest sponsored by the Iowa State Fair. We also serve many other popular food items. We think you'll agree the short lines move fast and are worth the short wait!
BUD TENT Stage
The BUD TENT Stage has been the sight for many popular and local band favorites for the past several years. We continue to make the BUD TENT a fun place to be and promise to have live music and entertainment every day of the fair.
